COMPONENT DESIGN FOR ASSEMBLY
After the final concept presentation, MWDesign will focus on the approved product concept. This will be done primarily through 3D CAD modelling. We will further development the CAD models into precise components incorporating all features from the final concept design. The objective is to develop the design to allow us to create a prototype for testing, before investing in tooling.
Focusing on individual part components, MWDesign will refine the components and design out the cost to enable us to maintain quality while meeting our budget cost. We will begin engineering the parts for the product, focusing on functional aspects of the design.

GGL ANIMAL MANAGEMENT PACKAGING
A new packaging range provides an improved product identification and selection system.
The task was to generate consistent illustrations from supplied 3D CAD files to clearly identify the product, demonstrate assembly and highlight other products in the range.
As part of the Gallagher Animal Management product packaging refresh, a new range of product illustrations were required.
MWDesign was approached to help generate consistent illustrations from supplied 3D CAD files to clearly identify the product, demonstrate assembly and highlight other products in the range.
MWDesign collaborated with the graphic design staff at Gallagher to generate a multitude of images in the format and style required to comply with the packaging design template.
The new packaging range provides an improved product identification and selection system and a consistent brand image across the entire product range.
